Treinar e orientar as equipes de trabalho visando o aumento da produtividade e a garantia da qualidade.
Realizar reuniões periódicas com as equipes para discussão de assuntos pertinentes à produção.
Qualificações
Desejável experiência consolidada em indústrias de embalagens plásticas com tecnologias de injeção, extrusão, sopro, compressão, serigrafia e montagem.
