Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the HR organization in daily operations as well as in Business Unit projects
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and analyses, as well as data preparation and analysis
  • Independently carry out optimization projects
  • Further develop cross-departmental reports and roll them out within the Business Unit

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Economics, Psychology, or B/M.Sc programs (preferably with a focus on data collection and analysis)
  • Strong IT affinity and digital competence
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, ideally also in Power BI
  • Organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
