Job Description

Your responsibilities:

Support the HR organization in daily operations as well as in Business Unit projects
Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and analyses, as well as data preparation and analysis
Independently carry out optimization projects
Further develop cross-departmental reports and roll them out within the Business Unit

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Economics, Psychology, or B/M.Sc programs (preferably with a focus on data collection and analysis)
Strong IT affinity and digital competence
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, ideally also in Power BI
Organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
